Rev. Harrigan (non-denominational) began studying the Holy Bible at an early age with the Catholic Church. He left that church at age 13 but continued his studies independently. By age 20 he was teaching bible classes to others investigating various religions. He was asked to preach his first sermon in 1998. From 1990-2004 he completed over 100 different bible study courses. He joined New Jerusalem Church in the Bronx, under the leadership of Pastor James L. Lanier in 2004.
He co-wrote & performed in the play, "The Castle" which ran for 3 years giving him access to many people to testify about Jesus.
He was ordained into the office of Reverend in 2010. In 2011 he lost his natural voice due to Cancer removal of the throat. He has used technology to continue his calling into the ministry, preaching and teaching the word of God. In early 2020 he was lifted to be Co-Pastor with his wife Rev. Sharon White-Harrigan. He moved to Connecticut in 2018 and lives with his wife. His topic is “Unspeakable” and the relevant scripture is Isaiah 9:6
